I greatly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel. The venue was extremely convenient and exquisite with extremely helpful staff members and a bistro bar. The location was perfect for traveling around Toowong, short walk to banks, Toowong, which is located close to shops and cafes and eateries and shops. Plus, Oxley Creek Common was set nearby.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Despite the part-time reception and housekeeping issues, the location was great. The friendly staff made up for the after-hours check-in inconvenience. The modern room with a balcony was spacious and well-equipped. a convenient and pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.

Have an outside area from the room
I found the bathroom not cleaned - the floor looked like it had not had any mopping. Also the pillows in the room are extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Excellent location to Suncorp Stadium
Sadly, with door open on 4th floor there was a lovely breeze but rather noisy. Breakfast was lovely when it arrived however I would suggest further staff members as they seemed to be struggling. They were extremely courteous and wonderful attendants
