Sooo glad we had a comfy king-sized bed after a long day! The location was great for food options, with a fab Japanese restaurant downstairs. Just a bit noisy from the traffic outside. 😊

The room was spacious and modern, with a large walk-in shower that had excellent water pressure. The balcony was a nice touch, providing a relaxing spot outside, and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities were much appreciated.
I encountered a significant issue with an unpleasant sewage smell in the room on my first night, which disrupted the stay. A cockroach made an appearance in the cupboard, and my second room's bathroom light was flickering inconsistently. Despite reporting these issues, the response was less than timely, and I didn't expect to deal with such problems after paying a hefty amount for the accommodation.

we had a gr8 time at jephson hotel! the room was super comfy and clean, the staff was totally friendly and helped us check in early. loved that it was close to shops and cafes, so we had plenty of food options around. the beds were the best, nice and soft with different pillow choices. parking was free too, which is a bonus!
only downside was no microwave or toaster in the room, and a bit too soft queen bed for my liking.

Our group had an awesome time here! The place was great for hanging out after catching a concert at the nearby stadium. The staff were super friendly, and the location made it easy to explore multiple eateries. Free parking and easy access to public transport were huge pluses for us. We also enjoyed the spacious room and well-kept amenities.
We had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning leaking during our stay, which was somewhat inconvenient.

Easy check-in and great location
Check-in was a breeze, and the room was impressively large and clean, featuring a giant comfy bed and a fantastic shower. I loved the balcony where I could relax. The location was just a few minutes' walk to Toowong shopping center, making it super convenient. I'd recommend better housekeeping consistency.
